Our accommodation
Our accommodation is spacious and purpose built, consisting of 51 dog kennels for dogs of every size, 8 Luxury Suites and a popular cattery with 11 cat houses.
Our team of fully-trained, dedicated staff ensure that all pets boarding at Crossways are provided with the very highest standard of care.
We are dedicated to the care and well-being of our residents, including those who are on medication or have food allergies.
Security & safety
The security and safety of guests is of paramount importance to us.
We have CCTV cameras throughout the hotel that are monitored from reception during the working day and have a constant security presence throughout the night and on Sundays, when except for prearranged pick ups, Crossways is closed to the public.
We feel it is important for new boarders’ owners to view the kennels and cattery before booking in order to meet us and find out about the daily routine their pets will have during their stay.
Viewing is available during opening hours and no appointment is necessary.
