My 11 month old Jack Russell had her first stay and I think she liked, on picking her up she wasn’t stressed or worried she came out tail wagging and very happy. Whilst we were away Crossways sent photos of her out on walks and a little update on her stay. I would certainly recommend Crossways the staff are very friendly, professional and the site is lovely. Ralph has stayed at Crossways Kennels many times; he goes in with a smile on his face and is always happy when we collect him. The staff are incredibly helpful and caring. Ralph is an old dog with a fairly complex drug regime but the staff are brilliant at sticking to this and letting us know if there have been any problems. I would definitely recommend the kennels.

We recently used Crossways for the first time and I can't thank them enough for the care that they gave our dog. We hadn't been away for a few years and he had previously been to a different kennels so we were slightly apprehensive. We didn't need to be, them team gave us lovely updates while we were away which gave us the reassurance we needed. You can tell the staff love the animals and try to make them as comfortable and happy as possible. Thank you so much!
