We have used Crossways for our golden retriever three times now, and we couldn't be happier. The team is incredibly friendly and extremely professional throughout every stay. We love that he is happily allowed to bring his little bits and pieces from home, like his favourite ball and blanket, which really helps him settle in. Communication is excellent from start to finish. We always leave our beloved family member in their caring, capable hands knowing we can fully relax and not worry at all. Highly recommended!"

My dog had a very happy time recently at Crossways. The staff were very caring and treated her as an individual, with her own needs and moods. She clearly enjoyed her walks and found her bed comfy. I appreciated the photos of a happy dog.

my cat stayed here for 10 days. While I was away, I received an update and photos, which I thought was a nice touch. The reception area which I think is new was very nice as were the staff. Would def use these kennels again. These people like the animals in their care and look after them very well. My baby girl was not sulking when she came home, just her normal self.
