Our 8 month old dog has been for a trial sleepover in readiness for longer boarding later this month. We were asked lots of important questions at check in, which made us feel secure. All the staff were friendly and he trotted off happily without a backward glance. We were sent photos and an update, so we could see he was fine and he had a good report on leaving. We were delighted he took to it so easily and are confident to return very soon.

Our Bernese mountain dog is having hydrotherapy for arthritis. Despite not being a fan of water, he’s becoming much more comfortable due to the kindness and love he gets from Jo and all the team. Thank you so much, we look forward to our future visits and wholeheartedly recommend your services to any pet parents. Our other Bernese had a fun swim with Alex and had an absolute blast! Can’t wait for her next swim! The hydrotherapy is making a real difference, our boy is moving better and seems happier with life, so completely worth the effort and investment.
