Our 18 month old dog Nelly boarded at Crossways for 12 days in July for the first time. From the photos and updates provided by the team, it was plain to see she was having a great time, which meant we could enjoy our holiday without worry. She certainly looked well when we picked her up and wasn’t in a hurry to come home with us!! We will definitely be using Crossways again.

Our 2 Bernese have had a wonderful time with Jo and Alex at Crossways for hydro therapy and fun swims. We can’t thank all of the team enough for being so kind, helpful and supportive. The dogs tails wag hugely as we go in and seem very happy. Best of all our boy with elbow dysplasia is becoming more like himself and much more active suggesting his pain is improving. Our Bernese mountain dog is having hydrotherapy for arthritis. Despite not being a fan of water, he’s becoming much more comfortable due to the kindness and love he gets from Jo and all the team. Thank you so much, we look forward to our future visits and wholeheartedly recommend your services to any pet parents. Our other Bernese had a fun swim with Alex and had an absolute blast! Can’t wait for her next swim! The hydrotherapy is making a real difference, our boy is moving better and seems happier with life, so completely worth the effort and investment.
