Been using crossways for over 15 years now, my dogs are always happy to go there! Staff are brilliant with the doggies and always are happy to greet the boys with enthusiasm … makes my holidays less stressful knowing they are well cared for… thank you Emma and the team … see you next week!! ?
Koda
I am so grateful to Crossways. Our Caucasian Shepherd Koda is highly terratorial and already had an ASBO from another kennel. Crossways were my last hope. And wow they stepped up…Koda was very well looked after and they have even said he can come back. Just wonderful and thanks Crossways!!!
3 weeks
Highly recommend Crossways. They look after my dogs so well when they stay. They stayed there for a 3 week period when we got married and went on honeymoon and more recently when we moved house as we wanted them to be away from the stress that moving day can bring. When we drop them off, they happily trot down to the kennels with the staff. Really happy with Crossways, lovely team of caring people.

Hotel for dogs
It was our first time using these kennels and after a previous bad experience elsewhere, I was very nervous about leaving my lab here. But the staff were incredible, the place looks like a hotel for dogs, clean, friendly staff and Sam my lab was well cared for. I was able to call every few days to check on Sam and they gave me lots of pupdates! Will be using again for sure

Very well organised, warm friendly team, flexible in needs for your dog, on time with appointments and my dog permanently wags his tail there ? What more can you ask?
German Shepherds
Our two dogs, German Shepard’s stayed here for over a week while we were on holiday. They received excellent love and care . They are always happy to stay , one of our dogs has special dietary requirements and needs daily medication which is catered and cared for . We have been taking our dogs here for over 10 years. We have recommended Crossways to our friends and family and received very positive feedback. Thank you Crossways for taking such good care of our dogs
Cattery
The team are terrific at Crossways and the facilities excellent. We have always been very comfortable that our cat Ozzy is looked after well, and he’s always in great condition when we collect him. Thanks to all.
Millie
Crossways kennels are fantastic. The staff are kind, caring and go out of their way to make sure your dog is well looked after whilst their in their expert care. My dog Milly, always comes back happy with a tail that wags endlessly. I wouldn't choose any other kennels to look after my dog. Happy Milly, happy me. Crossways is the best and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Crossways for making the whole experience for me and Milly, a very happy one by leaving with the knowledge that she is in wonderful and very capable hands whilst she is in your care.
Alfie
We have been using Crossways since 2011, for both our rescue spaniels. Our first dog used the hydrotherapy pool for his arthritis which was very beneficial and he also came to stay. We very happily continued to use Crossways when we got Alfie, our energetic spaniel. He comes in regularly for fun swims, grooming and to stay. He loves the girls and is always pleased to see them.
