Dogs came back happy and tired! As it was our first tine using Crossways we asked how they got on when we picked them up and tine was taken to ask the staff caring for them so we got detailed info. You can tell that the staff love animals .... already booked their second stay! We all love our animals and worry about them, if you book them in here you can leave and relax, they will be well looked after
First Stay
This was our first experience of Crossways Kennels and I have to say that we were extremely impressed both during our initial walk around and when we dropped off and collected our dogs. The staff are very friendly and professional and our dogs seemed to enjoy their stay.
Boarding
We’ve been bringing our dogs to Crossways Kennels for over 16 years , our dogs have enjoyed there stay and always got very excited on arrival. . Our latest Westie has only been once but seemed very happy. The staff are excellent always cheerful and obviously enjoy looking after animals.

Our dog has recently had another stay at Crossways. He’s straight out of the car when we arrive, and doesn’t look back once he’s on his way to his kennel, which is slightly heartbreaking, but a great sign that he is happy. He’s equally happy to see us on pick up, which is just the right balance. We’ve always found the staff friendly and helpful, and we recommend Crossways frequently to any of our clients who are looking for a great kennel.

Our 4 girls - youngest 5 months, oldest nearly 12 stayed recently for 16 days. The staff looked after them so well. We have used Crossways for 15 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after our dogs. When we dropped them there they went off happily with the girls without a backward glance. That for me is testimony enough that they are happy there. Would 100% recommend

My dog was well cared for over Christmas. He really seemed to enjoy his time there. Emma, the owner, cares about the welfare and comfort of her canine guests. I was impressed when I visited the kennels prior to the booking. The dogs’ enclosures are a good size and they interact with each other, from within their own runs, so they aren’t lonely. I will definitely use Crossways again.
